big reactors power and supply help

hi guys ive been using tekkit awhile now and am quite good at thermal expansion.and bc however i looked into big reactors. made one it works great. im asking what can i use to bring the power out of it effectively to power a laser drill pre charger? when i change it to an actively cooled reactor what can i use to supply it with enough water. its a 7x7 5 rod passively cooled reactor and outputs 7.5k RF per tick. i dont know much about applied energetics yet and i think im going to need to. any help is greatly appreciated
