Description of Problem:

Nothing bad happens I just get a huge severe error list on console... I'm new to all this server stuff... I rent a server. The server runs World guard tekkit, world edit tekkit, tekkit restrict

You must have plugins that work with Minecraft 1.2.5 and not 1.whatever's.latest. Tekkit is built around Minecraft 1.2.5 and plugins that are for newer versions will break Tekkit.

sometimes when you have plugins and mods all working together you just get errors, sometimes the break the system sometimes they work as intended but just dont want to play well together and complain

unless it does not work or is causing weird interactions dont worry about it for now

if you start to see issues then you should look into it in more detail
