unable to download modpacks

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3

Operating System: Windows vista 32bit

Java Version: 7 update 9 32bit

Antivirus Program: Avira

Description of Problem:

Everytime i want to download a second modpack it downloads till 100% and then the update fails.

The first two times, deleting the .techniclauncher folder had helped me. So after deleting it i was able to download another modpack, but now this doesn't work anymore
