Launcher Version: Latest (DL on 11/11/12)

Operating System: Windows 8, 64BitOS 64BitProcessor

Java Version: Latest 32 and 64 bit (64 Bit DL on 11/11/12)

Antivirus Program: Kaspersky interner security

Description of Problem:

When I start the launcher, the Technic Launcher screen appears and freezes.

Error Messages:

NONE

We need a log to be of much help (there is almost always a log). From the info you gave the only thing I can think of is to disable your AV and redownload the pack.

I have the same problem, and same specs, except I use Tesco av. There is no error message and no other windows to indicate what is happening. It does not show up on Task Manager and you can't put another window over it or move it.

Then you should post a bug report.
