Can't download the launcher

Launcher Version: The latest, whichever that may be.

Operating System: Windows7

Java Version: Version 6 Update 37

Antivirus Program: Norton

Description of Problem:

When I attempt to downlaod the technic launcher two screens pop up, one that says downloading launcher 3/3 and another that simply says "error".

Error Messages:

Simply says "Error"

Error Log:

[Hushful]

Update Java and disable your AV and firewall then try again.
