ampayne2 Posted November 15, 2012 Share Posted November 15, 2012 To be honest, if others setup your plugins for you, you won't know how they work. Great server owners should know their server inside out so that they can solve bugs as soon as they happen and know exactly what is wrong and how to fix it. If you don't, you will not know how to solve any new bugs you come across, and the server will die.
