Launcher won't launch any of the modpacks

So I installed Technic pack to play with my friends, and when I downloaded Tekkit (Blue) normally and launched it, it loaded in all the things needed (as said at the bottom of the launcher), the launcher dissapered when the game launched, but it reappeared less than one second after launch. The game never opened up, and this problem has been with me since I reinstalled it.

Please download this file, then RightClick->Run as Administrator. 
This should clear Java Settings that are being stored in your OS, which interfere with Technic.
