Can't login to minecraft.net

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3

Operating System: Windows 7 Professional

Java Version: All from 7 - 7.u9

Antivirus Program: AVG 2012 (I've turned it off)

(FIXED)

Description of Problem:

When I try to login to either minecraft or tekkit it gives me a message :''Unable to authenticate to minecraft.net''. I had the same problem 3 times(this is the 3rd time) but it fixed itself in the day. It dosent today. Ive tryed to reinstall tekkit which was a complete fail 'cause it still coulnt login. Tried downloading technic launcher - nothing. Restarted my pc few times. Checked my internet... Reinstalled java 3 times. Still nothing!
