Keeping chunks loaded items do not function

So I run a small, private tekkit server.

It's moved hosts a couple of times.

After the first move, all items that keep chunks functioning (dimensional anchors, world anchors, etc) ceased functioning. Anybody know what might cause this/what the solution is?
