Can't Connect

Okay so i made a tekkit server for my friends and i and i did everything: port forwarding and turning off firewall and everything went fine and we played. So today we went to play and i notice that it wasn't connecting and my ipv4 address changed so i went to port forward again and i checked it on yougetsignal.com and it said the port was open now when i go to connect i cant but my friends can please help!!!!

Multiplayer servers are down right now.

You'll have to wait until Mojang fixes everything. =/

Just short for me.. Is it normal that the server now shown as offline?

I updatet up to 3.1.3 and now my server seems to be offline
