Title: Players unable to place treetap on barrels

Java Version: 1.7.0_03 Oracle Corporation

Description of Problem:

Players are unable to place treetaps on barrels thus they are unable to brew anything. Only way I found to be able to place a treetap into a barrel on my server is to have OP.

They are able to use treetaps in trees etc just not into a barrel. It will make a pop sound and be put back into your inventory slot.

I do not have this restricted.

Try to reinstall the mod/Server files. Make a "New" server and load up the old world in it. Then try.

(not saying this will work, but Worth a shot.)
