Operating System: windows 7 home premium 64 bit

Java Version: java 6 update 32

Antivirus Program: windows security

Description of Problem:

cannot start tecniclauncher

Error Messages:

cannot load c:\users\eric\appdata\roaming\logs

Error Log:


was too long to fit here
