Can't download Tekkit

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium x64

Java Version: 7 Update 7

Antivirus Program: ESET Nod32 4

Description of Problem:

When I try to download Tekkit (after I deleted all the .techniclauncher) the Launcher tries to download a minecraft.jar file for trhee times, then it says "Update Failed".

Error Messages:

Unfortunately, it sounds like there is an issue with the launcher. It was likely caused by the recent release of Minecraft 1.4.5. It would appear it is just a waiting game now. Sorry. If I think of anything/hear of a fix, I will post it here for you.
