Custom Modpack Creation not Working

Every time I attempt to make a modpack, no matter what, it won't work. I re-upload the file to Dropbox, and even made a completely different pack, and even used a different account for both Technic and Dropbox to no avail. How do I fix this problem. Every time it seams to be unable to download the link, and at times it tries to use a link I had already replaced ages ago. Please help!

Do you have have a pack you are working on right now? 

Provide the download link and pack API

I figured it out. I simply needed to replace the end of the dropbox link with a 1 instead of a 0.
