My tekkit wont update things like mod_computercraft

Description of Problem:

When try to join my normal server this pops up mods rquired - IC2 v1.97, Computer Craft 1.33, CC Turtle 1.33, and rail-craft 5.3.3. ---- so after that i check and im missing half the mods :/
