Tool to replace blocks with a different block?

I remember, I think it was, Equivalent Exchange 2, had a tool that did this. For whatever reason, we have EE3, which is incomplete and doesn't have this tool to my knowledge.  Is there an alternative? I'm building an underground base and using stone bricks for the floors, walls, and ceiling. Replacing them by hand is a pain, and even the Builder's Wand only helps a little. A way to just replace the existing terrain with stone bricks would be great, if a method still exists. Any help?

What about Filler? Mark the area with land marks, select the mode you want it to work in & supply it with power and blocks.

Well, it's not what I'm looking for, but it is another way to do it. I'd have to try it out to see if it makes the task easier or just more inconvenient.
