Launcher Version: 1.0.2.5

Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600)

Java Version: Java 1.7

Antivirus Program:

Description of Problem:

Upon a recommendation of a friend I downloaded Tekkit to use the more advanced redstone capabilities and the other features. After the launcher downloaded everything it opens another java window and closes the launcher. The second window stay white for as long as you leave it there. I have already followed the common problems and solutions and deleted the Meta-INF file from jinput.jar. I would very much appreciate some help here.
