My modpack doesn't do anything *Help!*

Hello, I have a modpack. I want it to work and it doesn't. I would appreciate some help from people who are, you know, actually good at modpacks. (Whenever you press play it instantly closes)

Missing OpenModsLib

wrong iChunUtil, get 4.2.2

Missing RadixCore

Other things as well, fix these and launch again, and the forge error screen will point you in the right direction. 

*Get your mods from trusted sources*

Also noticed you don't have NEI or any other recipe handler. You should really consider one.

I do have those mods, should they be in the mods folder or the coremod folder?

in mods. Core mods isn't used anymore.

Ok thank you, I downloaded everything but the modpack still instant crashes. Any more suggestions? Could it have something to do with some of the mods being downloaded as actual folders? For instance mekanism. @AetherPirate

I don't know where you downloaded that from, but real mod is hosted at http://aidancbrady.com/mekanism/download/

Make sure you are getting the mods from the mod author's site, minecraftforum.net, github or curseforge. 

There are a lot of content-scraping sites out there hosting fake or really old content.

Its still downloading the file, should I unzip it or do I leave it zipped

its not a zip file, its a .jar. Never unpack the .jar files.

But when i downloaded the MDK it is a zip folder

don't get the MDK, its for developers only

you want Mekanism, Generators, and Tools. No MDK
