All Mods Wont Launch!

Hello,

Not too long ago I got a new laptop. My old one would perfectly open all Technic mods and I was running Windows 10 and some version of Java 7. Recently I decided it would be time to play a few modpacks on my current laptop (which has Windows 10), but whenever I try to open ANY modpack, it loads, and then the pack disappears. Here is a gif of it.

I originally had a version of Java 8, but i uninstalled it and installed Java 7. I'm not very smart with computers, but here are the Java 7 versions I have.

So if any of you can help me, I would very much appreciate it. But as I stated before, I am not very computer smart. So use english please, .
(If I any of you need more information, feel free to ask)

[Ghost Donovan]

Same Problem here  . I think there's a Problem with Minecraft Assets because it always crashes at "Installing Minecraft Assets" but i don't know how to fix it.
