technic launcher has stoped working after exe runs

Launcher Version: technic 3.1.3

Operating System: windows 7

Java Version: 64 bit

Antivirus Program: avg 2013

Description of Problem:

as i run the exe file it comes up run so i do then it says "technic launcher has stoped working" so it does not create a .techniclauncher file in the %appdata% file iv tryed everything from deleting everything from avg to java to technic itself . yesterday i was playing this version of technichlauncher but now it does not work there is no reason this should suddenly just stop. please help fed up with it now

if anyone had this problem as well you cant do anything to fix it i waited 1 day and there was a windows update it fixed it now it works again :)
