My Tekkit (8 versions late?) wont update apparently

Launcher Version: Technic Launcher - 1.0.2.5

Operating System: Windows 7

Java Version: It's up to date trust me

Antivirus Program: Kaspersky

Description of Problem:

My Tekkit seemingly updates and launches flawlessly everytime I want but I get this everytime I create a world and start playing and yes I turned off my antivirus, I set my update option to manual and selected the newest version avaiable (3.1.3) and log in and it starts loading things and I looks like its working but every time I get this message saying im not up to date... (MESSAGE BELOW)

This isn't an error, its b/c matamos(all the extra sounds) isn't updated, you can do nothing to fix it besides wait till it goes away. The forestry errors are b/c Railcraft is looking for the forestry items.(yay basic speekz)

Thanks, Im not familiar with all this Tekkit stuff and I just find it weird that my minecraft is still 1.2.5 and got missing pieces and stuff...

Its not missing anything, but the majority of the mods used in Technic Pack aren't yet released for 1.4.5

That is what it means, except the "extra sounds" (MAtmos) should work fine too.
