Title: Don't have required mods for SMP

Description of Problem:

When i try to connect to my Tekkit 3.1.3 SMP it tells me i am missing some mods. And i am running Tekkit 3.1.3 as far as i know as i downloaded it from the website just 30 mins ago.

Because tekkit 3.1.3 is a latest build and not a recommended build the launcher still launches the last recommended build which is 3.1.2. The way to fix this is when you open your technic launcher under options you should see a box saying the modpack build. On your version if you have always use recommended builds checked it should be "3.1.2| 1.2.5 | Rec. Build". You don't want this so check the box saying manual build selection and select from the drop down list of builds: "3.1.3| 1.2.5 |latest". Click ok and start tekkit and you should be in 3.1.3 now.
