Crashing Problems

Hello I seem to be having an issue with every pack in the launcher where when I attempt to full screen it closes the game. I have tried using f11, and I have also tried full screening through the game options but no matter what I try it seems to crash in every pack I have tried. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling changing ram amounts and video settings and nothing seems to work please help.

System info:

Processor: Intel i3 4170 dual core processor 

Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 2gb gddr5

RAM: 8gb Corsair Vengeance

You should check and make sure Minecraft is using the Nvidia card as well.

Which one? the log from launching the client? or the log from launching one of the modpacks?

Probably sounds like a stupid question but how do i go about finding said logs?
