Remove bukkit from server?

Hi is there a way to remove bukkit from my server? Cuz I wan a vanilla tekkit server without plugins

Is there a reason you can't just leave your plugins folder empty?

I think that you would be able to do it if you installed all of the mods yourself in a copy of the vanilla server. Aren't all of the mods on a Tekkit server Bukkit ports?

It is probably not worth the effort when you can get the same thing by just not installing plugins.
