Technic Launcher wont open when i click on it

Hello, I want to play tekkit but when i double click on my technic Launcher it would just load for a few seconds and then nothing happens.

Java: update 8 91

Windows: 10

I think it could be that i dont have a Technic-Launcher.jar

FIXED!!

 

I deleted my .technic then uninstalled my Java (both 32 and 64-bit) then went back and downloaded java, after you download the techniclauncher it should ask to download .technic again then all is good from there. Happy troubleshooting friend.
