Title: can't access crafting recipe for all IC2 items (Tekkit 1.3.1)

OS: mac OSX 10.6.8

Description of Problem:

Evan though it says Tekkit version is 3.1.2 it is actually 1.3.1 because there was no option for that at the time. I am on my new tekkit server and try to look up how to make an generator, extractor, ect. And it doesn't work.

Ive had the same problem If you are smart enough you could Use the files That you backed up before you updated and use them
