PLEASE HELP

i need some major help with my technic launcher , so i try playing any modpack with technic and 1 or 2 minutes in it crashes i need someone that can give me a step by step toutorial how to get 64 bit on technic because it says 32 bit and i have a 64 bit OS here is the screenshot  http://imgur.com/VGKN69Q PLEASE HELP

forgot to check a box. 

Windows 10 has issues with later versions, do not update to a newer Java
