Title: Tekkit Compact Solars Error

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

Java Version: 7.x (Not The Latest)

Description of Problem:

Compact solars error on public server, players cannot log in, and as the report suggests, deals with IC2_CompactSolars.

I guess that this means, in non-tech words, either the item ID is incorrect but is still listed in compact solars, that it had trouble placing the block, or it had trouble with EU (EU ticks).
