Title: FIXED - White Screen after connecting to Tekkit Server

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7 Professional, SP 1

Java Version: 1.7.0_09

Description of Problem:

Launcher works fine. I can connect to a tekkit server that I had been playing on last week. Upon attempting to connect to my own server (hosted elsewhere, whitelisted), I get a white screen that crashes tekkit. My wife can connect to the server without issue. She sees that I have logged in, and then it shows that I have logged out.

I have deleted my player profile from the server. It did not fix the problem.

I have deleted the tekkit folder from my appdata. It did not fix the problem.

I have read that it could be a corrupted chunk. My wife has not attempted to go to the chunk yet. She's created a massive tree for our spawn that I don't want to lose, as it will destroy my wife to the point that she won't want to play with me (which is the whole point I have paid for my own server). Corrupted chunk, possibly?

Let me know what messages/logs you'd like to see. If you could tell me where to find what you want, and what it will be named, that'd be great. I'll do anything to get this fixed so that I can play on my server.

Thanks in advance for your patience and assistance.

EDIT: I deleted my player.dat file after FTPing in. That fixed it. The original deletion was just at my server control's website.

Now to get back everything I lost... =\

Check whether you get a crash log from this, and whether the Server log says anything. Any information like this could help, so just put in all you have.

Ok, that looks like it could be either a corrupted chunk or player data file. You could try re-entering the chunk again to test, and if it goes wrong just fix it like you did before and search for a way to reset the chunk. If it was a player data problem, then it is unlikely that the problem will reoccur, so you should be fine to continue in that area.

I just reentered the server and made it back to the chunk that I was in. It would seem that it was my player data file, and not the chunk. I disconnected and then reconnected without a problem.
