When TechnicLauncher updates it gives you an option to backup your saves. However, the per-world customisation for Rei's Minimap is currently stored in the mods/reiminimap folder, and this is not backed up at all.
While I tested this for the 7.3.4 -> 7.3.6 dev build, I think this has been an issue since forever.

Description of Problem:
