Java Version: Unknown, I updated it after I encountered this bug tho, and it is still happening
Description of Problem:
I use a BC pump w/ 4 redstone engines at max speed, golden water proof pipes, to pump water into water strainers, however, they do not seem to be generating EU. I know the water flow isn't an issue, I checked by adding a tank and watched it fill up. I have attempted it with glass fibre cable and I have tried with and without a redstone signal. I do not understand why this isn't working, on another server that I go on (non-tekkit but still modded) this exact setup works perfectly fine for me.
