Description of Problem:

Quarrys receive and use power but don't do anything There is no option to select dev builds but THIS IS 3.1.3 im talking about and I don't know anywhere else to submit it.

Be sure to /op [buildcraft] as that is the FakePlayer that Buildcraft uses.

these are the ops I have in my op.txt:

[computercraft]

[redpower

[redpower2]

[buildcraft]

[railcraft]

[industrialcraft]

[equivalentexchange]

[redpower]

that solved the problem for me. Keeping in mind sometimes quarries tend to take a while to start making the frame.
