Description of Problem:

Hi,

I'm not sure if this goes in the bug section, or if it is a bug, but I am pretty sure it is. When I knock off a vein of ore with my Red Matter Pickaxe, it drops a ball of dark matter or whatever it is called. When I walk over to it, it takes about 3 seconds before I can pick it up. I know there is something wrong, because on Rhythian's tekkit series on youtube, he picks it up almost instantly when it flys over to him.

I am not sure what is wrong. My computer has 16GB of RAM, and a 3.7 GHz quad core i7 processor, so I don't think it is a problem with my hardware.

It may be a laggy connection to your server. What Ping do you get from it?

I am hosting the server on my computer, so I am sure that this is not the issue. Also, I am finding more and more that I cannot pick up the balls at all. Restarting the server, tekkit and my computer doesn't help.

Sorry, I hadn't realised it was against the rules. I'm not sure why though... oh well.

i have seen the balls stay after they are picked up as an after image similar to the left over of tnt when it explodes, and are you sure you have enough inventory space for them to enter? i have seen videos if you do not have enough they follow and rotate around if you do not have enough space

Yes, I definitely have enough inventory space. I know what you are talking about with the after-image, but I am definitely not picking up the items in the first place.
