Banning Vanilla Minecraft Items in Tekkit

So me and my friend are trying to ban the enchantment table from our server. So far we know how to ban the mod items because that's as simply as opening up the mod configuration file and changing "yes" to "no."

The problem is, we don't know how to ban the enchantment table for vanilla minecraft.

Does anyone have any idea how to ban vanilla minecraft items for tekkit servers? Do I need a plugin?

theres literally TONS of plugins on bukkit to do this.

If it was that simple why would I go through the trouble of forum posting? I guess I just like making it more difficult than it is, or I'm legitimately confused? I guess you take your pick.

i use the plugin called NoItem, look it up in bukkit. requires some Permissions configing tho. good luck!
