Logistic pipes error

Hello, I need help with connecting logistic pipes to chest, I dont know why are they glowing red. I tried google but no success.

Power:

All actions in Logistics pipes need power ranging from small(~1RF), through to expensive (e.g. quick-sorting a stack takes 500RF).
These values are for a power multiplier of “1”, which is adjustable in the configuration file.

When a pipe “sparkles” that means it has used power.
Power is provided by the Logistics Power Junction.
Without one of these Power Junctions connected to a Basic Pipe on your network, NOTHING will run!

Thank you so much, I will try to google a bit longer next time  So now they need power, because before I played on technic pack on 1.4.6 a they  worked without power.
