Modpack Loading Vanilla

I know i know some of the mods may be outdated, but thats not the point, my modpack.jar IS the forge universal jar, here is the link to the pack :https://www.dropbox.com/s/4gmx9anw66zua9g/Modpack.zip?dl=0 the actual pack is called dimensional exploration if you want to see it yourself

 

I am in a dilemma and i really want to play it

Your modpack is zipped inside another folder called "Untiltled". 

it should have the bin and mods folder at the root of the folder structure

also, you are missing the config folder

Ok does it work now or will the problem persist, i can't tell if its fixed or not.

Looks like you fixed it. To test, make sure you've incremented your pack version number, close the launcher, wait a couple min, relaunch and try your pack. It should ask you if you want to update it. Say "yes" and see if it launches.
