TechnicLauncher not charge anything

Hello! I have a big problem... TechnicLauncher not charge anything. I couldn't found any modpacks, and if i try to install for example Tekkit Legends, it doesn't install. I don't know what can i do.. 

I trying to download "Rol Dangoria", but i can't found it. The modpack is right, my friends can download it.

Looking at your log it seems your launcher is outdated this is more then likely causing the issue. Try update your launcher the current build is 347 you are running build 339

You can update it, by reinstalling your launcher. Download link is located here: http://www.technicpack.net/download
Please select the correct version for your Operating System. Which in your case is the Windows one.
