Need help powering quarry with LV Solar Arrays

My current setup is 3 LV Arrays ->BatBotx->Energy Link->Gold Conductive Pipes-> Quarry But the quarry isn't recieving any power

You need a wooden conductive pipe to get the power out of the energy link

Put the energy link right next to the quarry then it will only draw what the quarry needs. With the conductive pipe it will draw more than the quarry needs.
