Cant log on onto multiplayer serves

Any server i want to log on to, says: Failed to log in: error, if i try it again after that, it just keeps saying end of stream, can it be that all top open servers are down?

New problem: the server says that i need cc 1.33, ccturtle 1.33, ic2 v1.97 and railcraft 5.3.3

but i already upgraded to 3.1.3 (last build).

Anyone can help?

The server is for Tekkit 3.1.2.

Also, please don't sign your posts. It's against the forum rules, which you might any to read before you make a more serious mistake and get banned by a marauding mod!
