World cut out

Description of Problem:

when opening world on server a chunk my tree house is missing. The tree house was built on a bukkit server and mcedited onto the tekkit world. everything was fine until the server crashed after powering a redstone engine for a wooden pipe. when i next went on the world a quater of the tree was missing (with the ground before mcedit changed the ground) where the engine was. However when i open the world in mc edit, everything is there, can i fix this?
