can't log in

so i can't log into the launcher saying that the log in details are wrong so i when to minecraft.net to change my password and tried again and i still can't log in but i can log into the minecraft launcher so help please

How are you logging into the Technic launcher?

 

Did you use your email & password? Migrated accounts have to use their email. Non-migrated accounts still use their username and password.
