Recipe for Tekkit 3.1.3 (Error)

I found out that the Tekkit 3.1.3 version doesn't work with the recipes. I think is the IC2 stuff that I tried (Generator, Macerator, Extractor, and other machines). It doesn't give me the recipe when I switch the mode to Recipe Mode, Utility Mode, and Cheat Mode. I hope someone could give me the answer.

I would give you an answer, but you didn't ask a question for me to respond to at all.

As for the recipes, yes, they are not included in that version of IC2 or NEI or whatever. You just have to wait for those mods to be updated.
