Alexchen8877 Posted December 9, 2012 Share Posted December 9, 2012 I found out that the Tekkit 3.1.3 version doesn't work with the recipes. I think is the IC2 stuff that I tried (Generator, Macerator, Extractor, and other machines). It doesn't give me the recipe when I switch the mode to Recipe Mode, Utility Mode, and Cheat Mode. As for the recipes, yes, they are not included in that version of IC2 or NEI or whatever. You just have to wait for those mods to be updated.
