Very Strange Bug With industrial control

Tekkit 3.1.3 !!

Hello When I Place a thermal monitor to a reactor and getting the location with the chip in it and power it , It causes a crash in singleplayer and multiplayer . The map is unplayable and server and game keep crashing its like 98 % of the world is removed and you see everything bugging like hell

I found on the forum a fix with the new ElectricItem.class, EnergyNet.class, and NetworkHelper.class I rebuild everything new server updated game and the thermal monitors whernt working with the new 3 files they where on and turnt always red on the backsite it was grey so the fix make it only un usefull

with the main file from tekkit when you rebuild the server with the standart files when you want the themps on the screen by powering everything it crash and bam everything is borken , the only way to fix it then is mcedit removing the nucliar reactor with the champers and the sever boots again

Is this a bug by using it incorrect or is this bug from the industrial team there self or is it tekkit it self

I heard something about a new version I have now the latest I saw something about its instability but i dont know that this problem is part of it ..
