Simple number changes. Co-efficients in IC2 mass Fabrication.

Hi all.

I'm running a small Tekkit server with some friends of mine and we've all reached the conclusion that the Mass Fabricator is godlessly underpowered and just requires far too much power to be practical for anything but fabricating iridium. We'd like to be able to use it as a substitute for Equivalent Exchange, which is completely broken in our opinion.

We agreed that altering the base power need for one unit of UU-Matter from 1,000,000 to 300,000 would server our purposes, but I have no clue how to achieve this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
