Group Manager 2.9.5 Doesn't work

Title: Group Manager 2.9.5 Doesn't work

Version: 1.3.2

OS: Windows 8 - 64 Bit

Java Version: Java Runtime Environment 7 - 64 Bit

Description of Problem:

When I try to use the most recent group manager version with my tekkit server, it doesn't work. It creates the files for group manager, but when I play on my server, I don't have any prefix/suffix/etc. I noticed at the end of the log it says <2012-12-10 10:48:39 [iNFO] [GroupManager] Disabling GroupManager v2.0 (2.9.5) (Phoenix)

2012-12-10 10:48:39 [iNFO] GroupManager version 2.0 (2.9.5) (Phoenix) is disabled!> , but I have no clue why. Essentials works fine.

Check that the version you are using is compatible with Minecraft 1.2.5.

ok, and I just realized the version I put in is 3.1.2, I meant to say 1.3.2

Nope, it's meant to be 3.1.2. We're talking about the Tekkit version, which is 3.1.2, not the Minecraft version, which is certainly not 1.3.2 unless you're on the wrong forum.

Ok so I guess it is 3.1.2

The version I am using should be compatible with 1.2.5 but I'll double check.
