Press R for recipe not working

Operating System: Windows 7 64bit

Java Version: 1.7.0_4 64 bit

Description of Problem:

On my Tekkit server when i go onto the items menu by pressing E, and hover my mouse over items on the right and press R or U to get a recipe or use, only some of the items have a recipe.

For other items nothing pops up when i do this.

On my server log it says I have 182 recipes

Is there an easy fix for this?

Well, for a start, you could try posting in the Tekkit bugs forum, instead of the Launcher bugs forum.
