On my Tekkit server when i go onto the items menu by pressing E, and hover my mouse over items on the right and press R or U to get a recipe or use, only some of the items have a recipe.

Description of Problem:
On my Tekkit server when i go onto the items menu by pressing E, and hover my mouse over items on the right and press R or U to get a recipe or use, only some of the items have a recipe.
For other items nothing pops up when i do this.
On my server log it says I have 182 recipes
Is there an easy fix for this?
