Press R for recipe not working

Title: Press R for recipe not working

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7 64bit

Java Version: 1.7.0_4

Description of Problem:

On my Tekkit server when i go onto the items menu by pressing E, and hover my mouse over items on the right and press R or U to get a recipe or use, only some of the items have a recipe. For other items nothing pops up when i do this. On my server log it says I have 182 recipes Is there an easy fix for this? Thanks

Which version are you on? In Tekkit 3.1.3, Industrialcraft recipes are broken in NEI and this isn't fixable, due to the IC2 version.
