tekkit server stopped wrorking 3.1.3

Title: tekkit server stopped wrorking 3.1.3

Version: 3.1.2

OS: mac osx 10.7.5

Java Version: java 7

Description of Problem:

it loads the world but then i get a error and i cant join the server

Error Messages:

If that didn't work, you're doing it wrong. The solution does work, but without it, you'll just get the same error next time you try to use Buildcraft. Make sure you tried the second solution in that thread.

i cant remember. but i un zipped the railcraft zip file and deleted the api in buildcraft folder inside the zip folder and then compressed the file
