Antivirus Program: Norton Antivirus

Description of Problem:

I've been using Technic since about March of this year without any major issues, but as of today when I try to open the launcher, this happens:

It doesn't happen with any other program.

I've re-downloaded the launcher, but it makes no difference.

Try using the jar instead of the exe
